THE REVO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
ONLY APPLIES TO KNIVES PURCHASED DIRECT FROM THE REVO WEBSITE
TO REDEEM YOUR WARRANTY, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- COMPLETE THE WARRANTY FORM ON THE REVO WEBSITE
- PRINT A COPY OF THE COMPLETED WARRANTY FORM AND PROOF OF PURCHASE
- SECURELY AND SAFELY PACKAGE YOUR KNIFE AND BOTH DOCUMENTS AND SHIP TO:
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- DAMAGE FROM USE/DROPS (I.E. CHIPPED, DAMAGED BLADE)
- BROKEN POCKET CLIPS (REPLACEMENTS CAN BE PURCHASED HERE)
- RUST OR CORROSION
- STRIPPED OR DAMAGED SCREWS/HARDWARE DURING SERVICING/MAINTENANCE

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR REVO KNIFE FROM A DEALER OR ANOTHER SELLER, WE OFFER THE REVO REFRESH PROGRAM. FOR $25, YOU CAN GET YOUR KNIFE CLEANED, TUNED, AND RESHARPENED AT ANY TIME.
COUNTERFEIT WARNING:
(a) If a knife returned for warranty work is found to be an actual or suspected counterfeit or replica item, REVO shall have the right to impound the knife for further investigation of its authenticity. REVO shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for payment of the price of any suspected counterfeit knife under investigation. If REVO, in its sole discretion, determines that the knife you returned for repairs is a counterfeit, REVO has the right to permanently impound and/or destroy the knife. Knives determined to be counterfeit will not be returned to you.
(b) REVO shall have the right to conduct destructive examinations to verify the authenticity of any knife REVO receives which it suspects to be counterfeit. REVO shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for the price of any knife destroyed by examination if it is later found to be a counterfeit.
(c) REVOs' investigation may include the participation of third parties or governmental investigative agencies as required by law. By sending in your knife for repair, you agree to cooperate in good faith with any investigation conducted by REVO, third parties, and/or governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, cooperating with investigations to identify the seller or source of the counterfeit goods by providing the name, location, and other identifying information about the seller.
